Beginning as street vendors in the parish of St. Catherine, Jamaica, my husband and I set out on a ten-year journey with the goal of using food to highlight cultural diversity. 

Our goal was to make everyone smile, so we took our love and passion for food and made our  long-sought dreams come true, creating what is now known as A&A’s cuisine. Our passion for food and family has served as the primary source of inspiration for the welcoming, family-friendly, and joyful ambiance of our restaurant.We value our patrons’ feedback and work hard to ensure their pleasure.

Andrew, Andrea, and their oldest son, Andre, are the CEOs of the family-owned company A&A’S Cuisine, and our third son, Akeem, who helps out whenever he can.
